Comment:  It's the "last resort" house. It's for girls who are stuck in the dilemma of praying they won't get into Pi Phi, but also are too embarrassed to drop. If you asked how many girls in this chapter truly wanted this house at the beginning of recruitment, the majority would say no. It's just like a melting pot of all different girls.
