Comment:  If it is not wholey obvious, these reviews are almost entirely self-written by members of this chapter. There is a reason that a bottom-tier house has the highest ratings, and it isn't that they suddenly became really cool. This house is still pretty gooby, they have a lot of creeps, and their parties are still pretty lame. They have one of the lowest pledge retention rates on the row, likely due to guys joining a different house than they imagined from these reviews.
