Comment:  I can tell that this fraternity will be in the top tier within the next year or so. The only thing holding them back is their small house and if rumors are true and they are upgrading they will defiantly slingshot themselves past most other houses. They always throw ragers for homecoming so their potential to throw parties is there. Simply speaking from my house's perspective, they have strong relations with the relevant sororities but they just need to improve their relations with other frats.
