Comment:  I'm in a top tier fraternity and can honestly say the Pi Kapps I know are pretty cool guys. Having the Phi Psi house is big for them but having that land is even bigger. They need to demolish that dump and build a real house.. If that happens they will be top of the middle tier. The only way they can become top tier is getting about more 15 pledge class cycles with 45+ quality guys. This is an honest rating, don't know why there are so many haters on this site
