Comment:  this organization will always be considered top tier because they have a castle and girls like to take pictures there. the actual brotherhood is on the major decline and doesn't actually get girls. lots of rumors they are mega wealthy but i know some financial aid or fafsa kids in there so thats false. if any average brotherhood operated in this house it would prob be better
