Comment:  So these guys are basically alcoholic boy scouts. They want to be lambda but they lack a serious pledge process. Rolling recruitment means that any semi-social guy can come in and get a bid, then letters with no work. Poor brotherhood. Seems cool on the outside but they're like a bag of chips half full of air and no chips
