Comment:  They might not be what is considered "top tier" at SMU, but they're all a bunch of really nice guys and their brotherhood is second to none. They're definitely on the rise. They're getting awesome pledge classes now and I predict that in the next few years, they'll be the top fraternity at SMU for the aforementioned reasons.
