Comment:  They've grown a lot considering where they were at 4 years ago. Easily the fastest on campus. With the new house they have placed themselves solidly in middle maybe upper-middle tier. That said, the only way to go up from here is for them to get more swaps and date parties under their belt. That is the key and they can easily become one of the top tiers.
