Comment:  Definitely doing better but lets be honest, they'll never rise out of the bottom of middle tier, not to mention above Beta or Delt. The person below is obviously a Sigma Nu. These guys compete with fraternities like Kappa Sig, Pike, PiKap, Sigma Chi, etc. and lose. They have a nice house and good academics but practically zero sorority relations and their biggest parties are the equivalent of GDI-populated versions of most upper tier pre-games.
