Comment:  I attend FSU and don't know much about the tier system at GTech but while visiting over the weekend for the game, phi delt was my favorite frat due to the fact that after the noles had just lost, phi delt invited us into their house, gave us alcohol and played the war chant to make us feel better. They were also very attractive and caring and knew had to have a good time. You are welcome for Y bombs
