Comment:  I've never felt genuinely unsafe at college EXCEPT FOR at Phi Delt parties. Every time I go to one of their parties I feel like I need to double and triple check that my friends are around me. Their guys are uncomfortable and creepy. All I'm saying is be careful around them, they have a reputation of being unsafe..
