Comment:  They're new, and they seem to love flaunting it! There are quite a few good ATO's, but on a larger scale, they often seem to come off as arrogant. More power to this chapter, this is the 3rd time they've gotten their charter, but please stop trying to make other fraternities feel bad because they're not "shiny and new."
