Comment:  While the phis are definitely considered the top sorority on campus I wouldn't say that they are. The girls tend to extremely cliquey and some (not all) wall around with the attitude that they're better then everyone. They put on an awesome show for recruitment and tend to bid promise a lot, their are new rules being implemented that will prob affect their recruitment decorating and it'll be interesting to see how they do. Definitely dirty rushing
