Comment:  Definitely a rising frat, Delts at Tulane don't have a very strong presence which kind of hurts them but they're cool guys with a really tight brotherhood. Some solid guys in their recent PCs and they're all very nice. Once they're off of probation their rep will go right back up, this is a frat poised to break back into the upper tier
