Comment:  Theta doesnt have a great reputation, but they have an amazing PC this year and the girls actually like each other. The only reason they have to COB is because apparently adpi was forced by panhel to take everyone theta dropped so they have 70 girls in their pc and chapter total went up. quality vs quantity
