Comment:  They're a recently rechartered house, and there's not much in the way of anything in terms of the old Iota chapter. There seems to be no real level of "respect" conveyed by neighboring houses, the alumni aren't very active with their current brothers, and they tend to keep themselves in trouble over the silliest issues.
