Comment:  decline with campus involvement. Yes, they have mud tug but that only happens once a year in the spring, other than that i don't see them doing much. below average social life because i only ever see them with ASA. Average brotherhood- a lot of cliques in Phi Psi so brotherhood seems to only exist in these cliques. Other than this semester, this chapter has been in a lot of debt. a lot of their brothers are just kept b/c they pay their dues, seems they're desperate for money if you ask me.
