Comment:  They're nice people that have strong brotherhood towards one another and try their best to be involved and escape their local reputation: the local reputation being that they are nerdy/goobers/weird and I think its because they just have a few guys like that that are very vocal about their letters. You need to recruit for quality, not quantity, even if it feels like you might need to take a few weirdos just to stay afloat long-term, it will hurt you in the end.
