Comment:  Honest opinion of these guys: Slightly better than bottom tier but not enough to be considered lower mid. I would say they are worse than DTD, SP, and OX objectively speaking (in terms of quality of membership, philanthropy, community service). With that said their biggest value is the name, Kappa Sigma. It is the most active fraternity in the state of GA. The only reason non-self rankers kinda care about them is because UGA values tradition (KS was top in 09').
