Comment:  Mostly the nice kind of guys your mom wants you to date, who have by far the cleanest fraternity house I have been in in the Greek System. But they are also fun, interesting, and pretty cute. They need a bigger PC to gain any kind of relevance, but they are definitely starting to get more active, and gain some recognition. For a new house I am pretty surprised by the quality of guys
