Comment:  So, I'm a student who is not interested in joining any fraternity but im interested in what the best houses are. And, by far, I have to say that Phi Delta Theta is one, if not the only, best fraternity on CSUN. Phi Delta Theta is the only fraternity that has its own chapter house. Their house is huge, spacious, clean, and Greek-y. Some of their guys are the most good-looking members of all Greek fraternities. They constantly win trophies. Their philanthropy events are always fun.
