Comment:  Phi Kap is probably one of the chillest houses, mostly because they smoke a lot of weed. The brothers are mostly really nice and really cool, but they're kinda degenerates. Their parties are kinda lame, but they still party with pretty decent sororities and have a solid social schedule. They have arguably one of the best brotherhoods, and will most likely stay where they are socially because they don't really care about social standing, which isn't a bad thing.
