Comment:  Chi Phi is a house that is on the rise at Lehigh. After their re-org a few years ago, they definitely have built themselves up to becoming a relevant house again but they're not even close to partying with any of the top tier sororities. Chi Phi is mostly chill dudes, but they think they're a lot cooler than they actually are, and they act a little douchey. Their parties are definitely above average, and if they keep it up they will continue to rise.
