Comment:  This chapter tries really hard I will give you that, but there's just something keeping them from top tier. Their recruitment needs help.. They will keep any girl and beg them to join, and everyone going through rush knows it. That's just a turnoff for people that would maybe consider joining. I feel like this chapter is everyone's "back up" or second choice.
