Comment:  I honestly used to love hanging out with these guys my freshman year but recently I have felt unsafe being with them :(. I have no idea what the past reviewers are talking about, but sig ep has been declining every quarter for the past few years. (bc all the older guys who made this frat what it was graduated). i definitely would not consider it a "top house" either since the guys are so into themselves its kinda sad.
