Comment:  Went to a party there last night and had a surprisingly good time. Good variety of drinks, games, and dancing. The guys there seemed super nice (walked me home) and actually pretty good looking even if they were a little awkward. Their house was really clean, even though the 1st floor that we were on was a little small, but and everyone seemed to have a good time. Better then I thought it would be, and will definitely be back
