Comment:  Although they are a top tier fraternity, you can tell that Pikapp lacks in a lot of areas. Their brotherhood isn't so great. It feels like most of the brothers are spread out into clicks just like FIJI. The biggest mistake they make in recruitment is making PNMs feel like you need them, not that they need you. Another thing they're not doing is taking advantage of the house, and not maintaining it either. Pikapp lacks a lot of things, but makes up for it w/ campus & sorority involvements.
