Comment:  These guys just refounded and are doing amazing. I have a couple friends in the house and when I come over I've been thoroughly impressed! A lot of my sorority friends really love these guys because they are gentlemen and also because they are a lot of fun! The house is kept nicer than most fraternities which is a plus for them. Negatives I've heard = parties can sometimes die out too early (but are supposedly fun while going) and that they don't have as many connections with sororities.
