Comment:  I really agonized about which tier I should put them in. Chi Omega is unbelievably strong nationally. They're right up there with DZ and KKG as far as number of chapters. That said, the Pitt chapter isn't living up to legacy. If only their Nationals would send in some advisors, they could give these great girls some guidance and push them back to the top of the pecking order; a place they haven't occupied since maybe 1990. I'm rooting for them!
