Comment:  There isn't much to say about Phi Tau, the parties are not fun, you never see them around campus, and they don't seem to be very prideful in their fraternity. They never seem to sign a good PC, and their house isn't very appealing (although still better than SigEp). There are a few good guys in the bunch, but not enough. It's never good when other frats ALWAYS joke about rushing Phi Tau. They need to improve in a lot of areas before they can be considered middle tier.
