Comment:  It always seems like a mix with Beta, some of their guys are great, but others are far from. Their parties are not the best, but at least they aren't creeps. Very diverse group of guys in terms of personality. Definitely not a typical frat, there is lots of long hair and man buns, which isn't a bad thing ;) They have a great house, and always have people outside playing basketball. If they could get more consistent good guys they could be in the top tier easy!
