Comment:  Still seen as top tier but let's be honest it's only because they go for "hot" girls. I mean if we look at their pledge class, there's not a lot of diversity. They dirty rushed only to pick out all the good looking girls so they can keep their place at the top. Going to keep slipping unless you give out bids based on personality and involvement instead of appearances
