Comment:  Pi Phi may not be top tier right now but they have a ton of top tier quality girls that are really really hot and classy. They also seem to get along well with each other. Socials are really fun and top tier fraternities are starting to hang with them. Did great during recruitment too. One of the best PCs. Definitely on their way to the top if they keep it up.
