Comment:  This is advice for how to improve. You girls need to recruit your own recent alums to come back and help you. The older ladies are so out of touch and for your own survival, you need the younger girls to help you. Look at all of the other chapters, our advisors are recent alums not ppl the age of our moms. Ppl are saying you didn't meet quota during rush, and you don't wanna struggle with numbers and close down again. So convince your grads to be your advisors!!!
