They treat their pledges with respect, my best friend is pledging them right now and he told me that he gets treated with respect and is made to feel welcome. I went to one of their parties and saw actives helping the pledges dance and introducing them to girls. This is a brotherhood any guy should be proud of. Good job Theta Chi!
