Comment:  Average fraternity with a lot of upside. Newest pledge class was pretty good but a lot of their older guys ruin the whole fraternity for a lot of people including me. If it wasn't for those certain guys mentioned I might be inclined to be more positive with them. More people would for that matter. Improving but still average.
