Comment:  While a phi may be a middle tier house for now, I think that is going to change soon. My fraternity was paired with them for homecoming and after hanging out with them all week I think they are my favorite sorority. The girls are all super hot, everyone I talked to was bubbly, classy, and just interesting. They did a great job at showing up to events and proving that they are invested in creating positive relationships with other houses. Can't wait to be paired with them again some day.
