Comment:  Although they're off campus, definitely top tier. Great guys from those I have met, and they're always known to throw great parties. Obviously can't be very involved on campus (hence the rating), but they're strong in most other places. Also, they're the only off campus fraternity (out of the "big 3") that are actually still recognized by their national chapter.
