Comment:  I understand that they're bottom because this is the first year they conducted formal recruitment, but honestly Pi phi is doing awesome. They got a bunch of sweethearts in their pledge class and are trying their hardest and succeeding at building a good reputation and being as involved as possible. I really don't think that they are absolute bottom and think once they get on their feet and are known more around campus they will be a sorority to look out for!
