Comment:  Almost folded as a chapter a few years ago, surprised to see them on the rise. Although, handing out bids to people you barely know in the first week of rush can barely count as a "rise". Generally a fairly average fraternity; however, the collusion to undermine IFC events (house tours, bar nights, etc) and two-faced attitudes, mixed with unlikeable personalities and sub-par social skills would list this frat as below average.
