Comment:  These ladies need to work really hard now. They're still in the process of establishing themselves but they need to all work together. I hear how many girls don't know who their sisters are and won't make an effort to talk to them. They need to remember the values that bring them together or they'll only be girls with the same letters on their chest. I have seen them a lot on campus getting involved which is really great. It's a slow process but they can definitely improve
