Comment:  They have a budget for fines they get by Panhellenic....I can't pay almost $200 to be in a sorority when everyone else pays like $90! Also when a girl bails because she felt pressured to pick Zeta because they dirty rushed her so hard; kind of a turn off! Just be real for two seconds please!
