Comment:  All the Phi Delts I've met have been either creepy, douchey, or both. I'm sure there are a few okay ones sprinkled in there, but as a whole I would stay away. Full of jocks who just care about which girl they're going to get with next. Not respectful of women, not down to earth. If you're not on the football team they probably won't want you in their frat. They throw a lot of parties, but they're not worth going to. The cool and non-rapey guys don't rush Phi Delt.
