Comment:  When I first came to Pike my freshman year, I was shocked to see much their atmosphere/parties were similar to an actual college party unlike other frats at UCR. The guys were by far the nicest people that you wanted to rage with every Friday night. Now, my last year of college, everything about this fraternity has changed. The guys are below average, not attractive, and haven't been involved in anything fun bc of their on/off social probation. They dropped from top to low middle tier.
