Comment:  This chapter from what sisters in it have told me, always seem to have internal problems. They aren't very social and keep to themselves. You don't see them overly supporting other orgs meanwhile many orgs try to help them out. Hopefully they do better in recruiting, because they have such a great philanthropy yet just don't have it all together.
