Comment:  Very underrated. At the end of the day they're essentially the same socially as other chapters; the majority are solid guys and then there are a few weirdos that got in because of the need for numbers when they recolonized. With their alumni support and the fact that it's Sigma Chi, it probably won't be long before this is an upper-mid if not top tier fraternity.
