Comment:  Older bro is a Phi Delt alumni, I used to drive down from OU every year to come visit him. There parties were ridiculous because everyone knew they were top house. I was back at this weekend for the first time in 2 years and am shocked how much they've fallen off the grid. They still act like they're the best but dont have the manners nor the looks to back it up. Still rich texans but these boys are far from the southern gentleman I remember. More delta tau delta than phi delt these days. Sadly.
