Comment:  Hate all you want, but they get exactly who they want every year during recruitment. They may not pick the most predictable picks, but if they want someone in their house, they get them. Almost nobody drops them. I agree that Alpha Phi is hotter and in a lot of ways more of the definitive top house. But DZ is without a doubt top tier year after year.
