Comment:  A phi takes hella pride of knowing they're top house and knowing everyone else knows it but they actually WORK for it. This fire ass Fall 2015 pledge didn't just happen because they stood around looking pretty, they werk, they are personable and they dope. Das it. They're welcoming, but most are reaaaally outgoing so if you're quiet like learn not to be or just get comfortable with gals who aren't afraid to be themselves.
