Comment:  This chapter is really coming back. They have a great group of guys. If you ask any girl at ETSU they will say the the men of Kappa Sigma are the most genuine guys. They just pulled a rush class of 37 young men just under what SAE pulled in. They are in 2nd. They did all of this without a house to show off, or even a charter for that matter. They will however be getting their charter this October.
